• Translate complex research terminology into clear, professional business language to enhance user experience

2. Technical Coordination & Research Liaison

• Serve as the communication bridge between Valeherb’s content team and the expert team at Huaihua University

• Assist in transforming Dr. Qiu Xiaoyan’s research achievements on medicinal plant resources (such as Lithocarpus litseifolius and Polygonatum) into product selling points and technical white papers

• Participate in cross-verification of key information, including active ingredients and functional claims in product documentation

3. International Trade Support

• Leverage agricultural science background to assist overseas clients with product selection inquiries and technical consultation

• Prepare and optimize English product documentation; help international clients understand product specifications, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and botanical extraction processes

• Follow up on customized content requests from overseas clients to enhance pre-sales and after-sales technical support
